Comment: **some spoilers** Unlike many others out there, I actually thought that "The Jackal" was a quite good movie. Not a classic, but good. I like Bruce Willis as "The Jackal", but I hate Richard Gere, and he is what ruins this movie for me. "The Jackal" is a villain, and as in 99,99% of all action-movies, the villain must die in the end. This movie could`ve been better if Bruce Willis`s character had killed Richard Gere`s character in the end, and then have mysteriously disappeared. Sadly, this is not how it happens in this movie. It seems like "The Jackal"(the character, not the movie) is sloppy just because Richard Gere`s character can stop him. 7/10
